We have not undergone official organic certification. The amount of paperwork would be overwhelming. But we follow many organic practices! Ask us about any specific practices you’re concerned about.

CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture.” It’s a produce subscription (the weekly veggie boxes). You can find more info here.

This depends on how much you like to cook. Generally, a small box is good for families of 1-2 people. A large box is good for families of 3+ or people who really like to cook and freeze.
