Help! I'm not getting emails from the farm!
Try these steps...
Check spam
Look in your Spam or Junk folder to see if the newsletters wound up there. Click on the message and mark it "It's Not Spam" or "Not Junk".
Diode users: check your weekly "Spam Digest" email in your junk mail to see if a farm email is listed there. If it is, click "Release." Then add the farm email to your safe senders. Here's a tutorial from Diode. If that doesn’t work, contact Diode directly.
check “other” tab
If you use Gmail, check if the newsletters are in your Promotions tab (rather than the regular Primary inbox tab). Similarly, if you use Hotmail or Outlook, see if the newsletters are in the Other tab (rather than the Focused inbox tab).
add to address book
Add w e s t e n d f a r m n e @ g m a i l . c o m to your contact list or address book.
(In Gmail, click Contacts, click on westendfarmne@gmail.com, and look in the box titled Interactions to see if there are any recent emails from the farm.)
add to safe senders
If West End Farm is already in your contacts/address book, try adding our email address to your Safe Senders list.

Check settings
Go to your email settings (gear icon) and select Settings or Options. Go to the section called Junk or Spam and click on the tab marked "Filters and Blocked Addresses," "Safe Mailing Lists," or "Spam Filters" (or similar, depending on your email program). Check to make sure our email address is on the safe list and not being filtered or blocked.
Search emails
In Gmail, type in the search bar “all mail: westendfarmne@gmail.com” to see if it pulls up past farm emails.
try a different email
Do you have another email address? Sign up for our newsletters with that address.
